How much does listing cost?
Nothing. Listing is free, with no sign-up cost, no monthly fee and no lock-in. We only charge a commission when we actually rent the home; if it doesn't rent, you pay nothing. No card is needed to start.
Do I have to be exclusive?
No. You can keep listing on Airbnb, Booking or wherever you already are. We sync the calendars across platforms: when a night is booked anywhere, it's blocked everywhere else, so there are no double bookings.
What does the AI agent do?
It answers would-be guests at any hour, replies to their questions —price, rules, how to get there— with the home's real details, and closes the booking. It works on its own, for free, and summarises what people ask so the listing can be completed.
