What do we do?

We list homes and apartments with the information that matters checked: the licence, the real town worked out from the map, measured distances to the beach and the airport, and the total price of the stay for your dates.

Where does the data come from?

Prices and availability come from each home's calendar and are updated every few minutes. Location and distances are calculated with OpenStreetMap data. Every listing is written only with facts from that data.

Why built for AI?

More and more people ask an assistant where to stay. That is why every listing has structured data, a Markdown version and a public MCP server, so assistants read the same information you see.

What makes it different

• Every listing is optimised for AI search, at no cost to the host

  The same five-discipline method the ecosystem sells to companies — SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO and SXO — is applied to every home published here, free and with no plan to buy. In practice: an answer-first page, a Markdown version for assistants, structured data, and a FAQ written from the facts of the home.

• An AI assistant can get the booking ready to pay

  Assistants are not blocked here, they are served. Through the MCP server an agent searches, reads availability and the total price, and hands the traveller a booking link with dates and guests already filled in. The agent never pays: the traveller pays, on OkeyStay.

• No service fee for the traveller

  The price shown with dates is the price paid: nights plus cleaning, nothing added at the end. The host pays the platform commission out of the booking, and the money reaches the host's own Stripe account.

• Licence, real location and measured distances on every listing

  The licence or tourist registration number where the law requires one, the municipality worked out from the map coordinates rather than typed by hand, and straight-line distances to the nearest beach and the airport.

• The guest is answered in their own language

  The site and the booking, cancellation and reminder emails go out in the language the traveller used, Spanish or English. Not a translated template: the same content in both languages.

• Everything in one place for the host

  Listing, calendar, payouts, bookings and guest messaging live in one panel, and the InBoxIA tools plug into the same account: AI agents for the host's own channels, dynamic pricing, full rental management and social publishing. Publishing on OkeyStay stays free whether the host takes any of them or not.

• Hosts earn for bringing other hosts

  One level, with the invite link carrying the host's own username: 20 % of what their invitee pays for services during their first three paid months, 7 % after that, and 10 % for a host keeping 25 active invitees. The invitee never pays more for having been invited, and commissions only go to hosts with an active service themselves.

And what it does not do, said out loud: Conversational AI agents on the host's own WhatsApp and email are an ecosystem product, optional and paid: not included with the free listing. Dynamic pricing and full rental management are separate products of the ecosystem, not part of the free portal. Tours and activities are booked on Viator, not on OkeyStay.

How do you search?

Choose a destination, dates and number of guests. You will see the available homes with the total price of your stay and their place on the map. Every listing includes photos, capacity, check-in and check-out times, house rules, frequently asked questions and the tourist registration number.

Sources we rely on

What we publish about each home's legal status does not rest on our word: it comes from these rules and can be checked in these public registries.

• Regulation (EU) 2024/1028

  Requires short-term rental platforms to display and verify each property's registration number. That is why every OkeyStay listing publishes its licence.

• Royal Decree 1312/2024 (Spain)

  Creates Spain's Single Rental Registry and Digital Single Window. It is where the codes starting with ESFC come from.

• Andalusian Tourism Registry

  The regional government's public search. The VFT and VUT codes on our Andalusian listings can be checked here one by one.
