Every listing gets its own. It answers whoever is looking at your home and has not booked yet — parking, the area, whether their family fits — with what you tell it, in Spanish and in English, at any hour. You give it your photo and your name.

We are small. For now, that works in your favour
We are not going to tell you we bring Booking's traffic, because it would be a lie. Today we have few listings and fewer visits. No monthly fee and no lock-in. There is only a commission when you get a booking: **15 %** on the Free plan and **10 %** on Pro, on the total the traveller pays. The money goes straight into your Stripe account, it never passes through ours.

You get a link with your username. Whoever joins through it stays with you, and you earn a percentage of what they pay for the ecosystem services they take out. Listing stays free for both of you.

How is this different from the 20% above?
In where each one comes from. The 20% is calculated on the paid services your invitee takes out, and to collect it you need an active service yourself. Keys are calculated on the bookings their place gets, with nothing to take out. You can earn both at once from the same person.
Where the money comes from
From our commission. Never from the host's payout or the price the traveller pays: nobody pays more for having been invited.

How does an AI recommend my place?
Assistants like ChatGPT or Perplexity read OkeyStay and check availability and price in real time. If your place fits what the traveller wants, they can recommend it with its real details.
Who charges the guest?
You do. The payment goes straight to your own Stripe account. OkeyStay only receives its commission on that booking.
What if I get a booking and my place is also on other platforms?
The OkeyStay booking is added to your other platforms automatically and those dates are blocked. No double bookings.

What language are my guests answered in?
