What is OkeyStay's programme for real-estate agencies?
It is a collaboration agreement under which a real-estate agency, a real-estate agent, a tourism-sector association or a company receives its own invitation link. For every booking received by hosts who register with that link, the partner earns 1 Key per €100 of booking and can redeem those Keys for euros (1 Key = €1), against an invoice. OkeyStay is an international holiday-rental platform.

Keys become available 48 hours after check-out of each confirmed booking. Cancelled or refunded bookings do not earn Keys. You have the full conditions in the Terms (section 7.8) and on the Keys page.

Questions from agencies and agents
What does it cost me and my clients?
Nothing. Becoming a partner has no cost, and your clients list for free: they only pay a per-booking commission (15%, or 10% if they subscribe to a service). The traveller pays no commission.
How do I collect the 1%?
In Keys: 1 Key per €100 of booking. As a professional partner you can redeem your Keys for euros (1 Key = €1), once a month and from €20, against an invoice. It is paid by bank transfer within 24–48 hours.
Do I have to manage the rental?
No. OkeyStay handles the listing, the booking and the payment. If the owner also wants someone to handle messages, cleaning or guest registration, they can subscribe to HostFlow, from the same group.
Do you need access to my clients' data?
No. We do not ask for or share your clients' data: only your invitation link is shared. The owner registers on their own.
Does this work outside Spain?
Yes. OkeyStay is an international platform and the programme works in any country. The tourist registration and paperwork of each home depend on its country and locality.
