How it works
The programme rules, clear from the start.
One single wallet
Earn as a traveller, by referring friends or by bringing hosts — it all adds up together and is used together.
Credited after your stay
They start as pending and become available 48 hours after you check out, once the booking is confirmed.
The booking must complete
A cancelled or refunded booking leaves no Keys. The entry and its reversal both stay, so you can see it.
First referrer wins
Each referral belongs to the first valid referrer. It cannot be rewritten later and self-referrals do not count.
The host gets what was agreed
Rewards come out of OkeyStay's commission, never out of the host's money or the price you pay.
Full history
Every movement with its date, its reason and the booking it came from. Check it yourself whenever you like.

- No. If you book with your account, your Keys add up on their own.
- What is a Key worth?
- 1 Key = €1 off eligible OkeyStay bookings.
- Where do I see them?
- Under «My Keys», inside your account: balance, pending and full history.
- What if I book without logging in?
- That booking earns no Keys, because we do not know whose it is. Log in before booking and you lose nothing.
- Do they expire?
- No. Your Keys stay there as long as your account meets the programme conditions.
- Can I cash them out?
- Keys are reward units to use inside OkeyStay: they give you discounts on your bookings, they are not withdrawn as cash.
