What is the penthouse like?

It is a 90 m² duplex penthouse with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 5 guests. The building has a lift.

• First floor: living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom.
• Second floor: a second bedroom, a sitting room and the private terrace with outdoor furniture.

The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. You'll find complimentary welcome coffee and a snack when you arrive. The whole home is yours for the stay.

Where is it?

The penthouse is in La Merced, in the centre of Málaga, close to Plaza de la Merced. You can walk to the museums, monuments and restaurants of the city centre. Málaga Airport is approx. 9 km away in a straight line.

The area is lively and can be noisy at times. If you're a light sleeper, the host suggests bringing earplugs.

Parking: one garage space for one car is included, with a maximum height of 1.90 m.
